Building Together a Better Rajasthan

CREDAI RAJASTHAN is the Rajasthan Chapter of CREDAI, which is a national body, aiming at offering authentic and all-budget residential and commercial options to the public through fair practices and transparent approach. Every member of the CREDAI family shares a common vision of sustained growth and development of the nation inspired by the strength of unity of action. Being the leading force in construction industry CREDAI Rajasthan believes that housing is a national priority and all that all citizens of Rajasthan have access to safe, decent and affordable housing

CREDAI RAJASTHAN (Rajasthan Builders & Promoters Association - RBPA) is the only representative body representing organized Builders and Developers across Rajasthan with its registered Office in Jaipur and affiliated centres at Jodhpur, Kota, Alwar, Bhartpur and Udaipur.

CREDAI RAJASTHAN is also doing its bit for the society by organizing CSR drives for the labor health check-up, free medicine and skill development. Vision

All the members of CREDAI Rajasthan work together for a shared vision of promoting the real estate industry by providing a forum for the exchange of information and assist the government to achieve housing surplus status while creating adequate urban infrastructure and thus contribute the nation’s overall development.

Objectives

  • To uphold integrity and transparency among developers and maintain high standards of conduct as expressed in the Code of Ethics of CREDAI.

  • To unite developers in the entire Rajasthan, by bringing them on a common platform, and working together to achieve common goals.

  • Setting strategic direction for the industry and promote growth in the real estate sector.

  • Enhancing the skills and expertise of all the member developers

  • Encourage and support the members in increasing their efficiency in the real estate sector by introducing latest technologies

  • Represent all the builders and developers across the State interacting with the Government Authorities for formulation of proactive policies

Plant Tree Plant Future

CREDAI RAJASTHAN has initiated CSR activity by the name of “PLANT TREE PLANT FUTURE”. For this initiative CREDAI RAJASTHAN has been awarded CREDAI CSR Award 2015 by CREDAI National. Under this activity CREDAI RAJASTHAN will be planting around 1.25 lacs plants and will distribute around 5 lacs plants
