We are an association of builders & developers dedicated for world class urban development of our state and in association with CREDAI we are continuously the surging ahead in this direction. Since, its inception in year 1989, CREDAI Rajasthan has always played an active role in formulation of various policies and rules related with urban development of the State by creating a positive & proactive dialogue with state government. Representing “the voice of the housing industry" in Rajasthan; CREDAI Rajasthan is presently introducing more reforms in the real estate sector and addressing consumer concerns far more adroitly. It is because of the efforts being made by association that all the building bye laws 1989, 1996, 2000, 2010, Township Polices, Affordable Housing Policy & other polices were framed by Government considering all the suggestions provided by association.
